In the spirit of social solidarity, and out of the concern of the people of Kafr El-Zayat to support the government during the coronavirus crisis, a number of members of the crisis management committee proposed and adopted by Dr Talaat Abdel Qawy _ President of the General Federation of Charitable Associations took part. The committee provided for the needs of patients at the hospital and supplied items that give patients a sense of solidarity, help children come to terms with the ordeal and reduce their sense of isolation: the group provided children's toys, storybooks, magazines, honey, crisps, clothing and mosquito zappers
It also provided a number of blood pressure and blood sugar monitors
