The terms on which this website is made available, and a summary of the Foundation's statute.

Summary of the statute
Article 2 of the Foundation’s registration decree, issued by the Head of the Central Administration for Associations and Federations — Ministry of Social Solidarity, requires that “The Foundation is required to publish a summary of its statute in the Egyptian Official Gazette and on its own website.” A summary follows. The Arabic version on the Arabic terms page is the one that satisfies that requirement and is the reference text.
- Founded and seat: Founded on 1 November 2015. El-Delgamon, Kafr El-Zayat.
- Registered branches: No branches are formally registered; the six premises are operating sites for activities.
- Compliance: In its governing rules, its activities and its funding, the Foundation is bound to respect the provisions and principles of the Egyptian Constitution and laws, and the international agreements Egypt has ratified.
- Legal basis: Law 149 of 2019 regulating civil society work, and its executive regulations. The Foundation is registered under no. 22111110010765, supervised by the Central Unit for Associations and Civil Work.
- Supervising body: Social Solidarity Directorate, Gharbia Governorate, under the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
- Governance: The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees of five members, as set out in its statute. Members and their roles.
- Financial year: The financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June.
- Dissolution: Dissolution of the Foundation and the disposal of its assets follow its statute.

Purpose of the website
This website is an informational platform about the activities, programmes, projects and archive of the Egyptian Foundation for Development and Quality. The information published on it is for information and documentation purposes, and does not constitute medical, psychological, educational, legal or financial advice.
Accuracy of content
- The news and reports are carried over from the Foundation’s published archive at their original dates. Some older information is, by its nature, no longer current.
- We make reasonable efforts to correct any error reported to us. To report one, use the contact page.
Intellectual property
- The site’s institutional texts, reports, photographs and the Foundation’s emblem are owned by the Egyptian Foundation for Development and Quality, and all rights are reserved.
- Quotation and citation are permitted for informational, research and educational purposes, provided the source is credited, a link to the original page is included, and the meaning is not distorted.
- The Foundation’s name and emblem may not be used in any fundraising, activity or promotional material without written authorisation from the Foundation.
Donations and support
- The website does not accept electronic payments and does not ask for card details. Every donation is made through the official channels announced on the support page, after contacting the Foundation.
- Be wary of any party soliciting donations in the Foundation’s name through channels not announced on this website. If in doubt, contact us to verify.
- Support is spent on the activities approved in the strategic plan adopted by the Board of Trustees and the finance committee, and the Foundation is supervised by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
Acceptable use
Users of the website must not:
- Send spam, abusive or deceptive messages through the contact form.
- Attempt to breach or disrupt the website, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
- Use automated tools to extract content in a way that harms the website’s performance.
- Impersonate the Foundation or any of its staff.
External links
The website contains links to external parties, and archived articles that refer to news sources. The Foundation is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites, and the presence of a link does not imply endorsement of what it contains.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as it stands. The Foundation does not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or be free of errors, and accepts no liability for any harm resulting from reliance on published information without verifying it with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
