A Media and Cultural Seminar

Yesterday, Saturday 27 March, the Egyptian Foundation for Development hosted a media seminar entitled ” Employing girls in reproductive health care initiatives ”, held at Martyr Mohamed Hany Lasheen School
attended by Dr Talaat Abdel Qawy, member of the Egyptian House of Representatives and President of the General Federation of Charitable Associations and Foundations

Ms Sonia Hashish, Director of the Social Solidarity Department in Kafr El-Zayat
Dr Fayza Ragheb, Director of the Health Directorate in Kafr El-Zayat
Ms Fathia Hegras, Projects Director at the Egyptian Foundation for Development and Quality
Mr Mohamed Abdel Moaty El-Makkawi, Treasurer of the Egyptian Foundation for Development and Quality
Mr Gamal El-Beheiry, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Health Directorate in Kafr El-Zayat
Ms Kawkab Mesaad, head of the local unit in the village of Abyar
a number of youth and sports officials and the heads of the schools within the Abyar local unit
and the mayors of Esidima, El-Nahareya and Menyat Abyar
The seminar was run by the Basyoun and Kafr El-Zayat Media Centre, with media coordinator “Walid Gaafar”

The event was organised by the volunteer young people of the Egyptian Foundation for Development and Quality
The seminar opened with recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem and a minute's silence for the souls of our martyrs
The distinguished guests were welcomed
The guests' remarks addressed the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt Vision 2030, and those present discussed the project, its objectives and its continuity
The Egyptian Foundation extends its thanks and appreciation to everyone and hopes for more development projects
