Al Ryada University: its president is a giant who has turned it into a giant university
Dr Reda Hegazy, President of Al Ryada University, took part in the International Exhibition for Marketing Research and Innovation Outputs, IRC EXPO 2025, and in the general assembly of the tripartite conference on partnership between universities, research centres and industry partners, held in the New Administrative Capital with the participation of higher education and scientific research leaders.
Dr Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, set out the national vision for the scientific research system up to 2030, stressing that the state is adopting an integrated model of innovation intended to turn scientific research into industrial value by strengthening cooperation between universities, research centres, innovation support funds, industry partners and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The minister explained that Egypt has made tangible progress in the quality of scientific publishing and in international research indicators, while expanding its work to support start-ups and to internationalise education, in step with the development of the knowledge economy and digital transformation.
Hegazy explained that the university works to link the outputs of scientific research to the needs of industry and society, which strengthens its role in sustainable development and makes it an active partner in the national innovation system. He added that the university's participation in this event confirms its commitment to its role as a modern, forward-looking university that works to prepare a generation able to innovate and to compete regionally and internationally, drawing on the substantial support the state gives to higher education and scientific research.

Dr Reda Hegazy, President of Al Ryada University, concluded that the university took an active part in all stages of the qualifying rounds and the development alliances, reaching the final rounds, stressing that the university is working to build its capacity and to prepare its teams better in order to compete strongly and win next year.
