She helped put field visits to schools into practice, a dream I had long held; she arrives with a smile, visiting an educational institution like someone opening a window to fresh air. Knowledge really is like water and air, as Taha Hussein said. She shapes an identity for the institution she belonged to and loved, and which we all loved. She listens, discusses, smiles, and then lights up the place with deep, scientific thinking that knows nothing but organised work …
Her way of leading has a character of its own, blending conscience with fairness, wisdom and excellence. Among the principles she established: quality is not inspection, but engagement in pursuit of what is best, and it is not a verdict, but a shared journey along the road of development.
She represented the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education at many international forums, excelled in shaping the Authority's identity, and passed on great expertise that reflects her cultural standing and her distinction.
