China as a guest of Al Ryada University

• Al Ryada University receives a delegation from Xinjiang University of China to strengthen academic and technical cooperation
  Al Ryada University for Science and Technology (RST) received an academic delegation from Xinjiang University of China headed by Dr Tang Chaowu, accompanied by a group of senior Chinese figures. They were received by Dr Yehia Mabrouk, Chair of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Reda Hegazy, President of the University, and a number of vice-presidents and faculty deans.
  The delegation watched a video presenting the University's faculties and its leading academic programmes, and the two sides discussed the prospects for joint scientific cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, with a focus on research, innovation and the exchange of expertise and students.
  The delegation also toured the specialised laboratories of the Faculty of Engineering, where they saw the University's commitment to research and to modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, industrial automation and the digital economy.
  The meeting closed with an exchange of commemorative gifts and a photograph, both sides affirming the depth of the spirit of cooperation and a genuine wish to work together, in preparation for marking one year of joint cooperation.
