Second: the Foundation's organisational levels

1 ⃣ The Board of Trustees

This is the Foundation's highest supervisory and oversight authority, and is responsible for:

• Setting the general policies and strategies that govern the Foundation's administrative and technical work, drawing on outside experts
• Approving plans and programmes.
• Monitoring compliance with the objectives of the "Bedaya" initiative, Egypt Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals.
• Overseeing the technical and administrative committees
• Monitoring the implementation of plans as it happens and providing feedback
• Communicating with donors in cooperation with the projects manager.
