On Tuesday 9 June 2026 Professor Reda Hegazy took part in the Arab Forum on Quality and Excellence in Early Childhood Institutions, organised by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) in cooperation with the UNESCO Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education, with a group of experts and specialists from across the Arab countries. Quality in early childhood institutions is a strategic necessity if we are to prepare generations capable of creativity and innovation and able to keep pace with the demands of the age.
The architectural blueprint as Dr Reda set it out
