Rules of happiness

A lecture given by Bill Gates, one of the world's richest men and the founder of Microsoft, entitled:

10 rules you are not taught at school::

Rule 1

Life is not fair; get used to it!

Rule 2

The world does not care about your self-esteem; it is waiting only for your achievements, even before you congratulate yourself!

Rule 3

You will not earn $60,000 a year simply because you graduated from university!

Rule

If you think your teacher is tough on you, remember that an employer is waiting for you!

Rule 5

Working in a restaurant does not lower your worth; your grandparents saw it differently - they called it an opportunity!

Rule 6

If you make a mistake, it is not your parents' fault. Stop blaming others and learn from your mistakes!

Rule 7

Before you were born, your parents were not as dull as they are now. They became that way because they:

* paid for what you needed

* washed your clothes

* and taught you!

Rule 8

Before you save the rainforests, start by tidying your own room and everything around you!

Rule 9

Life is not divided into terms..... and summer is not a holiday

and few employers are willing to help you: it is your responsibility!

Rule 10

Television is not real life

In real life, people leave the coffee shop and go to work....
