 The Young Inventor, and the adoption of projects with pupils and students to develop their inventive abilities: "My Own Aeroplane", "My Sunglasses", "The Flying Ambulance" and "The Fire Service in My Hands"

• The "Renewed Creativity" initiative …the handicrafts project for people with disabilities
• The "Listen to My Mind" initiative …an initiative run by the Foundation in Gharbia, Sharqia and Ismailia
• Care for and development of the abilities of 57 deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the governorates of Sharqia, Gharbia, Ismailia and Kafr El-Sheikh
• Awareness-raising on Irlen Syndrome in the governorates of Gharbia, Sharqia, Ismailia, Suez, Alexandria, Minya and Assiut, two days in each governorate, with a target of 300 people, and distribution of Irlen overlays to people in need who cannot afford to buy them - "15" students
• Awareness programmes and workshops for people with disabilities, reaching 38 cases in the villages of Kafr El-Zayat district and in the town itself
• Distribution of Eid clothing and school fees to 215 families at Eid al-Adha
• Distribution of meat to 300 families in the villages of Gharbia Governorate
• Delivery of the Innovators and Inventors project to 300 students in the governorates of Sharqia, Gharbia, Fayoum and Ismailia
• Delivery of thinking-skills programmes in the governorates of Beheira, Qalyubia and Gharbia
• Workshops held twice a month on disability, with the participation of people with disabilities, parents, the State Information Service and the Cultural Palaces - represented by the Kafr El-Zayat and Moheb cultural palaces in Gharbia, the Kafr El-Sheikh cultural palace in Kafr El-Sheikh, and the Minya El-Qamh cultural palace in Sharqia
• The Innovators and Inventors project - Learning to Think - with five Ministry of Education schools; the project reached 300 pupils
• Workshops and training courses in sign language: the "Talk to Me in My Language" initiative
• The Irlen Syndrome initiative in schools
• Establishment of the Angels Club for people with disabilities
• Workshops on speech therapy and language development
• Workshops on learning difficulties, methods of assessment and the design of a treatment programme
• Workshops on family and educational counselling
• Participation with the Center for Development Services in the "New Voices / New Leaders" initiative
• A training course on speech therapy and on skills for working with people with disabilities
• Participation in the science-simplification festival with the SciCop team at the Central Delta Research Centre of the Academy of Scientific Research, from 16 to 18 October 2016
• Participation in the treatment of children with kidney disease and cancer, and in supporting them psychologically.
• Work with the mental health centre in treating children with autism and supporting them financially and psychologically
• Continuous workshops training children in life skills.
• Work with a team of engineers to train young people and children in electrical circuits and how to build robots, through the Inventors and Gifted Children's Club
• Distribution of winter clothing to a number of families, and help with some of their financial difficulties
• The "Draw Your Country" project, in cooperation with Kafr El-Zayat Cultural Palace, the Kafr El-Zayat Pesticides and Chemicals Company, the State Information Service and several schools in the Kafr El-Zayat education district (Ali Ibn Abi Talib Primary School, Ibyar Experimental Language School, El-Delgamon Girls' Primary School, Martyr Mohamed Abdel Nabi School, Martyr Saeed Abdel Razeq School, Martyr Abdel Hamid School), from 20 July to 20 September 2016 (ongoing), two days a week, in preparation for a "Tomorrow Will Be Better" exhibition to build children's positive outlook
• Delivery of the "Make Your Toy" programme to help orphans make their own toys: kits of toy parts are brought in and, with the help of engineers, the educational toys are assembled on engineering principles at the Foundation's activity premises in El-Delgamon, Kafr El-Zayat and Basyoun
• Compiling the names of blind people in Gharbia and Menoufia in order to provide white canes and train them in Braille, in preparation for helping them into the labour market
• Participation in the Digital Nation conference in Cairo, with the Foundation represented by Ms Olfat Ismail, Executive Director 
• Participation in the Inclusion, Empowerment and Participation conference at Smart Village, and the signing of cooperation protocols with participating organisations such as Egypt Scientists and El-Mohtaref  
• Establishment of the Angels Club for people with disabilities, to be their window onto the world
• Establishment of the Young Inventor Club
• Signing of a cooperation protocol with the Young Inventor Club to run the Foundation's own club
• Design of a training pack on project management, currently being delivered with a group of young people
• Signing of a cooperation protocol with the Center for Development Services to run the New Voices programme at Tanta University, representing the Delta (2016)
• Seminars on literacy at Moheb Cultural Palace in Mahalla El-Kubra, attended by people involved in education. The project aims to computerise literacy work as a language checking and correction program.
• Preparation of training packs on time management, train-the-trainer, training-pack design and TRIZ creative skills, and their review so that they become the property of the Foundation.
• An AIDS day organised with the Center for Development Services, December 2015
• The "Draw Your Country" project, an ongoing project to build positive interaction and acceptance of others and to show the country at its best; it was delivered by Abu El-Ghar Primary School for Boys and Martyr Mohamed Abdel Nabi School in the Kafr El-Zayat education district.
• A course on children's creativity and the development of thinking, an ongoing course that began in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and continues with children at every stage.
• Seminars to build political awareness with the State Information Service and the Ministry of Youth and Sports (a seminar at the youth and sports club in Basyoun, a seminar at the pesticides company in Kafr El-Zayat, a seminar for young people at St George's Church, a seminar for women at St George's Church)
• Training staff at the pesticides company in positive attitudes and effective communication.

10 - The Education Without Violence project, adopted by the Foundation and run with several Ministry of Education districts; it was delivered at Martyr Aref School in Kafr El-Zayat and at a number of schools at all stages in the Tala education district

• Workshops in education on time management, problem solving and crisis management in schools in Menoufia Governorate through the collective guidance system, attended by the education districts and the Menoufia Directorate of Education; it was delivered at Nasser Secondary School in the Tala district, in the village of Bemem.
• The project for people with disabilities: two training packs on special cases were produced, one on managing emotions for the families of people with disabilities and for those who work with them, and a programme on autism and how to respond to it; the programme was delivered through the Tala media centre in the agricultural district.

13 - A seminar on road safety for collective guidance in the Kafr El-Zayat education district, delivered at Abu El-Ghar Boys' School and attended by the El-Talbia and Shubrarees schools and the Abu El-Ghar unit

• A seminar on family counselling at Moheb Cultural Palace - Amal Abu El-Ezz

15 - A workshop on children's rights and how to end child labour (Foundation members), delivered by Mohamed El-Razzaz

16 - Opening literacy classes in cooperation with the Vodafone Foundation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports: 2 classes in the village of El-Delgamon and 2 classes in the village of Abij "currently being opened", following an agreement with young women volunteers to teach the classes, with Vodafone funding the project.

17 - A seminar at Nasser Secondary School for Boys in Basyoun on time management, crisis management and problem solving, with the Basyoun and Kafr El-Zayat media centres.

18 - Participation with the Center for Development Services in a round table on AIDS with the teaching staff of Tanta Faculty of Medicine

19 - A meeting with poets at Kafr El-Zayat Cultural Palace following the cooperation protocol with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces; the Foundation's areas of work were presented, along with an introduction to creative thinking skills ("TRIZ")

20 - The Foundation took part in a seminar at the Embassy of Japan, giving a short presentation on its experience in developing thinking and creativity, which it had run in Kafr El-Sheikh - El-Riyad district - and on the Creativity Tent, which tells a story ending in an idea about peace and love.

Before official registration

• Training courses with the Improving the Quality of Egyptians' Lives Foundation in Alexandria, such as: intended learning outcomes, train-the-trainer, strategic planning, and designing training packs.
• Workshops with the teachers' club in Tanta, such as: mechanisms for the external review of pre-university education institutions - internal institutional evaluation - setting mechanisms for accrediting the external reviewer …
• Workshops on action research in the governorates of Alexandria, Gharbia and Qalyubia
• Workshops on change management in Gharbia and Alexandria governorates.
• Joint workshops with the Build Yourself Foundation, such as: thinking skills
• Work with the Center for Development Services through the "I Am a Human Being" project, holding many seminars on women's rights and on women's role in society, on making legal proceedings easier for them, on enabling them to make their voices heard and to take up leadership positions, and on raising their awareness of how to build a happy family, develop their children's abilities and help shape a bright future for their husbands and children (partners: the State Information Service, the Kafr El-Zayat education district, Tanta University, Kafr El-Zayat Cultural Palace).
• Work with the State Information Service on the Suez Canal celebration and the October victories celebration, and on programmes to empower women in political life and to empower people with disabilities.
